Chase + Allison

Chase and Allison had a beautiful wedding last Saturday at American Village.  The weather threatened to sour all morning, but the clouds cleared and the sun came through just in time for their ceremony.  It could not have been a more perfect day.

Patrick and Jaime

Patrick & Jaime's wedding was incredibly special to me.  Jaime and I were Phi Mus at Montevallo together and have been good friends ever since.  I could not imagine a person more perfect for Jaime than Patrick.  Their wedding day was filled with sweet emotion and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't stop the tears from flowing as they made their promise of forever to the Lord and each other.  It was a beautiful day from start to finish and I count myself blessed to have been a part.

Keith & Maria

I shot Keith & Maria's wedding in November, and have really enjoyed getting to know them both over the past 6 months.  They are both teachers, which tells you so much about their hearts.  Their whole day was so sweet and intimate.  I was so blessed to document their wedding.

Happy New Year!

So I know I'm a little late, but I hope that you all had a happy and safe new year celebration!  I've been scheming and planning for 2009 for a while, and am so excited about everything that is in store.  I do have several internal changes that I hope will improve the smoothness of my business and my ability to serve my clients.  I'm also attending my very first photography conference!!  I can't wait to develop my craft and learn from some of my favorite photographers. 

I also wanted to thank everyone who sent in their nominations for my Giving is Awesome contest.  I have chosen a winner and could not be more excited about photographing and getting to know their family.  Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to give.

I am photographing a good friend's wedding tomorrow and then setting up at the Wynfrey Bridal Fair on Sunday.  Back to regularly scheduled programming soon! :)
