A lazy Sunday afternoon...

We've been looking forward to having little Brody over all week.  Last week he asked Adam if he could come over and eat hotdogs and play.  Isn't that so cute?!  Adam absolutely loves Brody and couldn't wait to have a friend to play with. :)  The two of them are hilarious together.  Brody showed Adam his light-saber moves and Adam showed Brody how to play Zelda.

New Lights!!

I've been saving up for lights for MONTHS and they finally arrived yesterday!!!  I bounced around the house like a little kid on a sugar high when they came.  Adam is always a good sport when I want to test out new photography tricks.  This is his "I'm too cool for your lights" face.  

Just a little overdue

Stacy and Rick were married in June.  I have saved these photos for a rainy day, having the best intentions to go through and pick out my favorites to post.  I think that subconsciously I avoided it because I am such a perfectionist-- I wanted to wait until I had just the right inspiration for editing.  So now, 7 months later, here are the first few!  I actually didn't take that many...it was so easy to get caught up in the day!  Our sweet photographer friend Erin Nolen actually photographed their wedding but was gracious enough to let me steal a few photos of the beautiful bride.  I love you sister.

Going to Hollywood!

Well, not exactly Hollywood...Amber is going to audition for a celtic part in a Disney production in JAPAN!  She flies out to California this week for the audtion and needed a headshot quick, so I brought my camera to church this morning. We scooted  out after the service and took these photos in the yard next to the parking lot!  Amber has a beautiful voice and is incredibly photogenic...everyone say a prayer for her this week!
